General Terms of Sale

1. Object and Scope of Application

These General Conditions regulate the purchase of physical inserts and digital design files (STL) through the Kabra3DInserts website. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Intellectual Property and STL License

All STL files acquired on Kabra3D are subject to a strictly personal and non-commercial license. Redistribution, sale, sharing, or commercial exploitation of the files or physical parts resulting from their printing is expressly prohibited, unless explicit written authorization from Kabra3D is obtained.

3. Physical Products and 3D Printing

Physical inserts are manufactured on-demand using organic and biodegradable PLA filament. Due to the nature of FDM 3D printing technology, the surface finish may show layer lines and minor aesthetic imperfections that do not affect the product's functionality.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

Physical products are manufactured and prepared within 4 to 8 business days. Standard shipping is handled by courier services with estimated delivery times of 24 to 72 hours for mainland Spain.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• STL Files: As they are digital content for immediate download, once the download is performed, returns or withdrawals are not allowed in accordance with current legislation.
• Physical Inserts: You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return in case of defect, manufacturing flaw, or error in shipping. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless due to a Kabra3D error.
