Physical inserts are manufactured on demand in 4-8 business days. Domestic shipping (Spain) adds 24-72h, and shipping to other European countries adds 4-8 business days after production.
The PLA we use is designed for normal tabletop use (room temperature and regular handling). We don't recommend leaving it inside a car in summer or near direct heat sources, as it can warp.
Yes, the STL file is yours after purchase and you can print it as many times as you need for personal use on your own 3D printer.
Unused physical products in their original condition can be returned within 14 calendar days. If it arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement or refund. STL files, being digital content, cannot be returned once downloaded.
