Loyalty Club Policy

1. How do I earn points?

For each €1.00 of purchase in our online store, you will earn 1 Loyalty Point.

• Points are calculated on the final price of the items (excluding shipping costs).
• Points are credited to your account as soon as the order payment is confirmed (status "Paid").
• We will periodically offer Double Points events for special releases.

2. Points Value and Redemption

Each batch of 10 Loyalty Points is equivalent to a €0.50 discount for your next purchases.

You can redeem your accumulated points from the shopping cart or in your customer panel ("My Account"), generating a personalized coupon code applicable immediately.

3. Expiration and Conditions

• Accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date they were credited.
• Coupon codes generated from points cannot be combined with other promotional codes from specific campaigns, unless otherwise stated.
• In case of cancellation or return of a physical order, the points earned for that order will be deducted from your balance.
